EDGAR Next Support Now Available Marketforms now supports EDGAR Next transmissions for Section 16 filings. Default Filing Method: Through September 12, Marketforms will continue using the SEC legacy system as the default transmission method. EDGAR Next Option: Users can now submit filings through EDGAR Next by selecting TEST or LIVE file from the "Quick Action" menu located in the pull-down menu to the right of each row on the dashboard. Required Authorization: To transmit filings using EDGAR Next, reporting owners must first delegate filing authority to Marketforms.
